Costs, Fees and Prices - our fees, agency prices and actual costs of certifying a product for the Russian market.

Our fees depend on the service performed. Do not hesitate to explain your needs and ask for a quote.

In case of product certification, the cost of certifying an item depends on a variety of factors.

In addition to direct lab fees and state duties, you should also count the:

Values of samples you have to send for destructive tests. You are not getting those samples back.
The cost of packaging and shipping samples to our facility.
In case the certification is urgent you may wish to send the samples for crossborder delivery to our location in Finland. Sometimes this is only reasonable choice for customs will not release some items such as many food products. In that case the cost of pickup and delivery from Finland to St. Petersbrug and courier's travel expenses are to be added to the certification bill.
Audit fees.
Cost of translating your documentation, including existing certificates into Russian.

Overall as a "ballpark idea" of what Russian certification costs, the expense of certifying a simple item like a bed pillow would be about 500 euros in total while the cost of certifying toothpaste or canned juice would be around 1500 euros per item.
