This product is banned in all EU countries with the sole exception of Sweden. It is however legal in Russia. The product must be of very high quality because at this time the party that is interested in it is distributing Swedish (Swedish Match) made smokeless tobacco, which is perhaps the highest quality chewing tobacco in the world. The distributor is most interested in individually packaged doses of tobacco (which look like tiny, miniature teabags). We are interested in alternative brands of pouched (but also loose) smokeless tobacco, the origin is irrelevant but it must be from a tobacco-growing country or a country generally associated with tobacco products (as the Netherlands and Sweden are). Would-be suppliers must be prepare to approach this market seriously, provide sufficient samples, documentation, and be willing to establish some sort of distribution facility here. The product must be certified for import and distribution in Russia and be label according to legal requirements.

In case of used equipment. The client prefers to buy equipment from a trader with stock and/or will consider entering in relationship with an agent (it can be a very small or home based operation) who would buy and resell used machines whenever they become available.

Seeking venture capital partners, must be established and reliable, for developing a Internet-based project. The project, which promises to become a major profit earning Internet venture comparable with best known Internet success stories, should be based outside of the United States, preferable locations are France, the Netherlands, Germany or Scandinavian countries, but it can as well be operating outside Europe (Caribbean, South East Asia). Looking for quality alternatives to Tabasco and other US imports, the origin should preferably be South America, Central America or Mexico. Hot cayenne or chili pepper based sauces are new to mainstream Russian consumer and are gaining in popularity. Would be interested in developing a new consumer brand together (and also supply store and private label brands to retailers). The sauce should be some generic variety of Tabasco or/and preferably taste better (other hot sauces are of interest) for two primary reasons – many consumers in Russia (as elsewhere) want to boycott US products, hence there is an existing market niche, and secondly, alternatives to Tabasco and similar US imports can compete on price..
